Private yoga classes are adapted to your specific needs and are held at a time and place that works for you so you can still fit yoga into a busy schedule. Private sessions can also help if you prefer to not practice in a larger group, you are recovering from an injury or you want to work towards a specific target in your yoga practice.
You can do this by yourself, or with your partner or child, or with a group of friends or neighbours. We have a team of excellent yoga teachers ready to come to your house or venue and bring you the perfect mix of strengthening poses, flexibility exercises, breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and relaxation techniques.
