2/ 7 week FIERCE Program: thorough introduction on how to bring mindfulness into all aspects of our work and life (consists of Intro, Focus, Innovation, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, Compassionate Leadership and Emphatic Listening). Also available online
3/ 5 week Mindful Cycles: exploring a central theme more in detail through mindfulness practice. Themes include Stress & Resilience, Bringing Mindfulness to Life, Emotional Intelligence, Communication & Body Language, Energy & Vitality
4/ 6 week Peak Performance for Leaders: combining mindfulness and neuroscience for high-impact leadership training, teaching managers how to maximise their personal and enterprise potential
