Wild Yoga and Safari Retreat

Treat yourself to a well-deserved break with this soulful retreat in the African wilderness. Expect daily safari drives/walks, yoga classes, dinner under the stars and lots of peace and quiet.

Every day we will have two safari drives or walks with Tuli Wilderness guides, and two group yoga sessions led by Steven from Yoga Works. The yoga sessions will take place at carefully selected areas in the reserve with the most stunning scenery imaginable.

Our group will be accommodated by Tuli Wilderness, a well-known and respected ecotourism and wilderness adventure company, that has the exclusive rights to an area of 24 000 acres within Tuli in Botswana – home to the largest population of elephant on privately-owned land in the world (more than 1800 elephants).

Tuli Wilderness forms a part of the Northern Tuli Game Reserve, a huge unfenced group of privately- owned properties in the Tuli Block of South Eastern Botswana, very easily accessible from South Africa. Large herds of free-roaming eland, zebra and wildebeest are seen regularly and many other plains game are also found in the area. In amongst these general game species lurk the predator population of Lion, Leopard, Cheetah, Wild Dog and both Spotted and Brown Hyaena.

We will be staying at Kgakala Camp rustic trails camp, where we will be fully-catered for with delicious, healthy meals. Our camp is not fenced and it is not uncommon to find a number of animal species in and around the camp.
