About The Event
Develop and strengthen your skills in mindful awareness, through experiential learning. Each session is 2 hours, including presentations, guided practice and enquiry sessions. You'll also be given home assignments that include regular mindfulness practice, daily life exercises and journal writing.Â
The 8-module programme covers:Â

7. Self-AcceptanceÂ

The cost includes instruction, detailed notes and digital access to all the mindfulness practices.Â
A 50% deposit secures your place. Scholarships are available on request.Â
Courses are currently run via Zoom, but a blended option may be available on request.
