About The Event
Develop and strengthen your skills in mindful awareness, through experiential learning. Each session is 2 hours, including presentations, guided practice and enquiry sessions. You'll also be given home assignments that include regular mindfulness practice, daily life exercises and journal writing.
The 8-module programme covers:
1. Start Where We Are
2. The Body as a Place to Stay Present
3. Introducing Mindfulness Support
4. Working with Distraction
5. Exploring the Undercurrent
8. A Mindfulness-Based Life
The cost includes instruction, detailed notes and digital access to all the mindfulness practices.
A 50% deposit secures your place. Scholarships are available on request.
