For this year we’ve chosen the theme of CONNECTION.Â
Never before has connection with ourselves, our inner minds and bodies, our breath, and our relationships with others been of more importance. The very way we connect, communicate and move around has been profoundly altered by the global pandemic and yoga is a powerful tool to sustain our health and togetherness in the face of recent challenges.Â
Each workshop has been designed with this in mind and we hope that by the end of the day, we end this together, realising we are all one, globally, nationally, locally. Let’s work towards becoming the best versions of ourselves and positively connect with everyone and everything we come into contact with.Â
Please share this invitation worldwide, together we can meet for a day of yoga, joined by loved ones all over the world and brought to you with love from South Africa.Â
