Join Abedah for a two hour workshop to learn the basics of Acro - hosted at the beautiful sanctuary in the city, Kinísi Therapy. Acro is a unique fusion of yoga and contact acrobatics shared between two to three people. The practice will wind down with gentle stretching. Beginners welcome!
